A Family of Senior Caregivers
Deciding on the best care for a loved one is not always an easy decision. Everyone’s circumstances are different and there are a variety of options to choose from.
Our Adult Day Health Centers allow people to maintain community life while coping with a medical condition or debilitating illness. Our programs provide a supportive environment for elderly spouses and working caregivers who are committed to keeping their loved ones with physical or cognitive challenges out of residential care and in their homes. Our Adult Day Health Centers are designed to accommodate the special needs of individuals with memory disorders as well as meet the needs of those who would benefit from a traditional day program.
Our Assisted Living Residences are small family-friendly communities that offer the perfect blend of gracious living and the security of personal care when you need it. Assisted Living is for those who may, from time to time, require a helping hand with personal care and other needs. Our dedicated staff is always on hand to help with the activities of daily living. Most importantly, our residences enjoy having the chance to socialize with others and enjoy a sense of community.
The Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers present an atmosphere that is calm and comfortable. We are your trusted partners because we listen to your needs, understand the life you want for yourself or your loved one, then customize a solution that puts that life within reach. Whether you are in need of a short-term or long-term care stay, our facilities are designed to promote nursing and rehabilitation in a high-quality and compassionate environment. As residents’ conditions progress and they move through different care levels, our staff works with their families and physicians to transition them to the most appropriate senior care setting.
The goal of our Home Care Program is to help manage your life and your health with our highly trained employees. We are committed to educating you, answering your questions, and caring for you. Every staff member is carefully selected, credentialed, and screened through background reference checks and the CORI Criminal Record Check system. These measures are taken to assure you that the person coming into your home is a caring, trustworthy individual.
Elder Services also provides Transportation Services and Respite Care for those who need additional services.
We think of the people we serve as family, and we want them to receive exceptional quality service in all areas.
