Blaire House of Milford is located in a lovely residential area of town, approximately two miles from a local shopping center and is easily accessible to Route 495. We offer short and long term sub-acute care and rehabilitation as well as an Adult Day Health Center. We are dedicated to the rehabilitation of our seniors. We can “show you the way home,” via state-of-the-art Geri-Nautilus equipment, dedicated rehab professionals and a Nurse Practitioner on site. As a member of our “family,” you’ll enjoy the home-like environment in the dining and community rooms, our gym, and the beautiful courtyards and patios.
Our Health Campus is fully equipped to provide medical, social and psychiatric services for adults who are no longer able to live on their own or who may be recovering from surgery or illness. In our caring environment, our residents and participants of the Adult Day Health Center enjoy games, activities, outings, birthdays and holiday celebrations.
