For the past 10 years, I have been associated with Essex Group, responsibilities ranging from housekeeping, plant operations, construction, demolition, budgeting, and fund-raising. I have just recently graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Management and Policy. It has been a long time goal of mine to enter into the family business to help carry out our commitment to providing the highest quality care and services to our residents. Currently I am located at our Milford facility, participating in an Administrator in Training program. Scott Picone the acting Executive Director is my preceptor. I am grateful to have the opportunity to experience everything that Scott and the senior staff here at the Blaire House have to teach me.

Maureen Gulino,
Director of Adult Day Health Program |

Maureen Gulino has been the Program Director at Blaire House of Milford since 1994. She is a graduate of Northeastern University and is certified through the Alzheimer’s Association as a trainer for staff dealing with dementia. She has over 25 years experience of working with the elderly. She also has years of experience working with people with a dementia diagnosis.
