Martha Mancuso is the Executive Director of Blaire House of Milford. Martha is a registered nurse, trained at Framingham Union Hospital School of Nursing. She received a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Assumption College and a Masters of Science in Management from Lesley College. She has experience in critical care and cardiac nursing at Milford Regional Medical Center prior to joining Blaire House as Director of Nursing in 1984. She became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has worked in that capacity for the past 20 years.

Maureen Gulino has been the Program Director at Blaire House of Milford since 1994. She is a graduate of Northeastern University and is certified through the Alzheimer’s Association as a trainer for staff dealing with dementia. She has over 25 years experience of working with the elderly. She also has years of experience working with people with a dementia diagnosis.
