Our Skilled Nursing Center provides short and long term care in a safe, home-like environment, staffed by professionals who always put your loved one's care first. We offer short term rehab (physical, occupational, and speech therapy), and sub acute care. Respite care, long term care, hospice, and a specialty unit, exclusively for patients with dementia and other related memory disorders, are also programs available to our residents.

Blaire House Adult Day Health Center provides a health care alternative for those families in the midst of transition. Seniors unable to remain home alone are able to receive professional services throughout the day and return to their homes in the evening. Our Senior Transportation Services are available to each participant for rides to and from home.
