October 22, 2008 a fundraiser was held for New Hampshire State Senate candidate, Jeanne Shaheen. Over 45 people gathered at Blaire House of Tewksbury Assisted Living to support Ms. Shaheen. Supporters included, Massachusetts U. S. Congresswoman Niki Tsongas, State Senator Stephen Baddour, State Rep. Brian Dempsey, Kevin Coughlin Vice President Saints Medical Center, Paul Bulat MD Saints Luke's Hospital and other community supporters.

Assisted Living Week at Blaire House

| To celebrate assisted living week, Blaire House honored staff and residents, starting with grandparent’s day. A sumptuous brunch was prepared by our culinary experts and served to our residents and their families. During the week we held different activities each day; International Food Day, Ice Cream Social, and hosted a wellness clinic. |
