Blaire House is a specialized Skilled Nursing Center dedicated to people with memory impairments. We are the only facility in Central Massachusetts dedicated entirely to the care of Alzheimer's and related diseases, a multi-level facility located in a lovely residential area of town, just off the bus line, only 2 miles from a shopping plaza and conveniently located near two major highways - Route 290 and Route 122. The residents of our 75 bed geriatric skilled nursing center require special physical, psychological, emotional, and protective care. Blaire House focuses on providing our residents with a safe, compassionate home like environment.
