Meet Our Staff:
Al Crabtree - Executive Director
I am a graduate of Roger Williams University with a degree in biology with a minor in business administration. I have been in long-term care since 1996 and have been successful in obtaining Joint Commission accreditation at several facilities. I have partnered with Dr. Paul Bulat Chief of Emergency Medicine at St. Luke's Hospital, in implementing Telemedicine in the New Bedford area. Telemedicine is a state of the art video conferencing technology that allows for a physician, patient, and facility nursing staff to visually and verbally communicate in real time, thus addressing developing situations and avoiding delays in treatment and insuring quality care for residents.
My goal at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth is to improve the quality of care of our residents and to give their families peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are properly cared for.

Sheila has been the Adult Day Health Director at Brandon Woods Dartmouth since June 2000. She has 12 years experience working with seniors in our community. She attended Rhode Island College and was also the primary caregiver for 2 relatives who had dementia. Sheila understands what families go through: trying to juggle work, children, and caring for an elder at home.
