Scott A. Picone Executive Director

Scott A. Picone has been Executive Director at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth since 2002. He has 22 years of experience in the medical field, with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Curry College, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Bay State College. His primary background is in nursing with experience in long-term care over the last 15 years. He has been an LPN since 1987, and was certified in Case Management in 1997. Past job roles include experience as a Staff Nurse, Unit Manager, Admissions Director, Case Management, Assistant Nursing Home Administrator and Nursing Home Administrator.

Sheila Szaro  Regional Director for the Adult Day Health Program

Sheila has been the Adult Day Health Director at Brandon Woods Dartmouth since June 2000. She has 12 year’s experience working with seniors in our community, attended Rhode Island College and was also the primary caregiver for 2 relatives who had dementia. Sheila understands what families go through; trying to juggle work, children, and caring for an elder at home.
