Thank you very much for having us over to Westside on Friday 6/19/09.
Your staff and your hospitality was outstanding and palpable from the
moment we came in (I personally was very touched that someone waited
outside to ensure that we had no problems with parking).
Our team was all impressed at the attention to detail that Westside has,
which carries through in making sure veterans are very well taken care
of. The stories you shared with us will be hard to forget! They are very
powerful.
We would like to especially thank Evelyn Murphy and her team for giving
us a tour, Dr. Gottlieb for coming in to give us an overview of his
work, and your exceptional behavior team, Roberta Nelson and Dr.
Johnson. The impact they have on people's lives is phenomenal (and we
only had a small window into their work and how they approach veterans).
As Roberta aptly said: "Our golden rule: Approach is everything!"
I came away feeling empowered! I look forward to having a stronger
working relationship with Westside over time. Please let us know if
