Inspire people to get the facts and start a care conversation.
Help people get the information they need to have conversations about the care they want.
Empower people to form their own opinions and select the plan of care that’s right for them.

Care Conversations is an initiative led by the American Health Care Association (AHCA), the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) and America’s Skilled Nursing Caregivers. Together, these trade associations represent more than 11,000 assisted living care, Skilled Nursing Care, and post-acute care facilities across the country.
